Maybe I haven't used it long enough but I haven't really noticed any difference since using the product. I still have bags & don't really notice any tightened skin. It does have a nice light feel, not too greasy either. I will keep using it to see if I notice any changes.

Feels smooth and cooling. Works great. Helps with puffiness and not tacky feeling and just takes a dab to cover area.

Wonderful in a bottle. Love the way it feels under the eye and light nice smell nothing strong.

Felt nice and cool. I applied before bed and it made my undereyes feel refreshed and ready for the next day!
