I have used it for over ten years, but new body design is really terrible.

I have been using Aquapower Advance Gel for more than 10years. I don’t like the new packaging. It’s so bulky and heavy. It’s not practical when traveling. And the silver part on top is peeling off everyday, sticking on my hands, makes it sometimes stick on my face by accident as well. I prefer the old packaging. But if you are really concern about reducing plastic and insist to use this glass bottle then you should launch a refill pouch option too. Can I can still use the same glass bottle so it won’t be single time use.

I love the product (have used since early 2000s) but as a frequent traveller I absolutely HATE the new packaging. The extra size and breakable glass are a step down. Bring back the recyclable plastic!

I have been using this product for years. The moisturizer is pretty good. But the new glass bottle is too big and heavy to travel with. I really miss the old plastic bottle.

The new packaging on this product is substandard. If there's a perforation on the plastic bag inside the glass bottle, the pump won't work because it relies on it being airtight. I now have a $40+ bottle of moisturiser that I can't use because nothing will come out. Why did you change the packaging??? I never had any issues before until now.

The new packaging with the glass new bottle is a bit heavy to carry for travel and easy to break when it falls on the floor. Maybe a lighter material for the glass bottle in the future? The product is great as usual!

I received this Biotherm Homme Aquapower Gel Advanced Moisturizer in 75ml from TopBox Circle as a free tester product. I gave it to my cousin to try it out and he has been using it morning and night for a few weeks and he really liked it. The smell of it reminds me of men’s cologne which is not too aggressive but would linger on your skin for a while after using it. My cousin wouldn’t mind the fragrance scent and enjoyed it very much. He said it worked very well for his combination skin type. The greenish gel texture absorbed very quickly. It didn’t feel oily but pretty moisturizing. My cousin often used it after taking a shower and after shaving, and this product didn’t irritate his shaved face and kept his skin moisturizing for hours. He felt fresh and super clean. The only drawback is the bottle is kind of bulky and the amount of products from one single pump was not consistent. Normally 1 pump is enough for the face and neck but occasionally it didn’t come out that much with 1 pump. Overall my cousin is pretty satisfied with this moisturizer and would definitely recommend it for guys out there. #freeproduct

I love the product and have been using it for many years. The new packaging however makes the container unnecessarily large, is impractical for travel, and generates more waste than necessary. Isn’t it time to do packaging that is functional, minimal and not so bad for the environment?

I have been using you products for more than 7 years and the change of packaging is really inconvenient for your new products. First, it is wasting more material and more importantly, it takes so much space that it doesn’t fit with a perfume in the hands-on luggage plastic bags anymore. It defeats the whole purpose of having a practice and good quality hydrating cream. Will you offer a more compact version for these as the previous aqua power gel?
