I have been a dedicated user of Biotherm Homme for a decade and my skin looks great. However, I was introduced to this essence by a Biotherm Rep and used it in conjunction with my Men's products and it has further enhanced my regimen. My skin is more balanced, soothed after shaving, softer and refined. As a result my Men's products (either Age Fitness or Total Recharge) absorb better into my skin with a greater effect than using the products alone. I am very impressed! I use 3 drops, warm the product up in my hands and press it into my skin each morning and evening after using my Biotherm Homme face wash, scrub or mask. It has made a bigger improvement in the quality of my skin that I had foresaw when I purchased my first bottle.

I have always had extremely dry skin and mild acne. I have tried so many different products and nothing ever seemed to work . I started using this product and it has seriously changed my skin. I've been using it for about 5 months now. No dryness, no breakouts, nothing. People comment on how great my skin is (something I have never experienced in my life). Like I said this product is the bomb.

I didn't quite know what to expect with this product with a watery texture. After some experimenting I realized I only need 3 drops for my whole face. The trick is not to use too much of this product because it is so hydrating that too much will leave a gummy texture on your face. But for me, 3 drops is perfect. I apply at night and next morning my facial skin is extremely smooth. This product is primarily for hydration and it does it very nicely without me having to use a heavy cream. I have normal skin and it is currently exposed to cold dry air outdoors and dry heating indoors so I'm really putting this facial water to the test and it's working very well. Life plankton is Biotherm's key ingredient which is in most of their products, so to have a concentrated version of it is very nice and turns out to be very effective.

The five star review is purely based on the fact that the product is amazing. It's very moisturizing and gentle, as are all of the Biotherm products. I have been using both the Life Plankton Elixir amd Essence for quite some time now. I also have been using the Blue Therapy Eye Cream and a number of other Blue Therapy products. The Biotherm face washes are also amazing. However, after being a loyal Biotherm customer for years, I have decided to part ways with the brand. Unfortunately I can't support a brand that isn't cruelty free any longer. I also realize that being owned by Loreal, it is not likely that Biotherm will join the CF world any time soon. I hope they do though! Thank you for all the great years and I hope you guys will go CF one day so I can start using again!

Life Plankton Essence has become part of my daily routine. No matter what other products I have tried, I continually return to Biotherm. At my age, I have a great deal of experience in trying new products and Biotherm has become my favourite! When I received a sample of the Life Plankton Essence with my order, I was astonished at the feeling on my skin -- "it drank it up". I find it perfect to put on [after cleansing and toning] in the morning before my day cream with an SPF since some sunscreen products can leave a greasy feeling. In the evening I prefer either Blue therapy serum in oil or the Blue Therapy Accelerated Serum. thank you biotherm...

I always recommend Biotherm Life Plankton Essence! It is one of my favourites besides the Aquasourse Deep Serum. Both moisturize my skin making it feel soft and make my skin shine! I don't go a day without them!!

As the essence of thermal plankton is the secret to most wonderful biotherm products, Life Plankton Essence is the true SOUL of BIOTHERM. I have used Biotherm for several decades and I was often asking which product has the highest percentage of thermal plankton. Now with this product as a first step, the amount of life plankton is maximized. When people say that I have beautiful skin, I say Biotherm and my husband says "and I am reaping all the benefits. I once had a dermatologist ask me my age and I told him plus mentioned Biotherm as my reason for beautiful, healthy skin. he nodded in amazement. I am 65 and have been using Biotherm since I was in my 30's.

In four days it reduced all my irritated skin. Oily skin, huge pores, rosacea redness and Adult acne. Live in dry, dry climate. In FOUR days my skin was beautiful, smooth, no redness, moist & luminous. It’s a miracle honestly! Love it & highly recommended

I really appreciate the texture of this product. The smell is also very nice, smells like it's from the ocean! Super fresh. Also, leaves my skin feeling very fresh. Love it!

This is another wonderful product by Biotherm! At first I was a little skeptical due to the products "watery" consistency. I wondered how Biotherm water was going to improve my complexion and skin compared to just any water; well I found out immediately! I followed the directions that say "using your fingers, apply generously" and waited a few moments. It felt so ultra soothing, healing, refreshing and comforting! I was pleasantly amazed! I was also pleasantly surprised then next morning when I realized that my face had stayed moisturized all through the night and hydrated still! Not sticky or unpleasant in any way! It's absolutely incredible. It actually continues to moisturize your skin for a very long time...like days! It improves your complexion and appearance by evening your skin tone and reducing dark spots or imperfections. It leaves your skin with a slight dewey look because it moisturizes so deeply!
