I’ve used Biotherm for years, never had any issues, but this product caused red scaly rashes under both my eyes. Tried to return but denied since it was over the 30 days. Waste of money and very disappointed I had to pay another $49 for a new product replacement.

My partner had a bad allergic reaction. Redness,swelling and pufiness that lasted for 24 hours after application.

Allergic reaction everything is red. Pores opened up and also a rash

I have used this for many months, very soothing. It initially gave me a rash too, but I discovered it was the metal ball at the end of the tube, not the serum itself that caused the rash. So I apply with my finger and no rash. If I could use it with the dispensing ball it would be 5 stars.

I started using this product couple of days ago. I was surprised by how dehydrated around the eyes got, but I kept using it. Now I have rashes on the corner of my eyes, and burning sensation with alot deeper wrinkles (I'm 32, they weren't visible this much before using this product).

Seems okay. Couldn’t really tell a difference. I’m not really sure what to say that I haven’t said already to reach the minimum character count for a review.
