I bought this product 3 weeks ago. I would really love the product if it was delivered yet. Over 20 days for something to be delivered or even have a valid tracking information is far more than acceptable. This happened last time I ordered. But I thought it was because my location being in Hawaii so I expected that delivery can take longer. But not I am at Washington state. Still over 20+ days with no tracking information. I stayed loyal to biotherm for last 10+ years but I would have to start looking for other product at this point. Very disappointed.

great product and have been using for couple years

I love the way this gel foams up with just a tiny amount. It cleans well, and as always, I love Biotherm's fragrance.

I would really recommend this cleanser, I've tried many cleansers and almost all of Biotherm Cleansers, they are all very good but this one is the BEST ! From the first wash of your face with this cleanser you will feel how good it is, no need to trust my comments here, just try it once.

It gives a cooling and soothing feeling after use.

Thick and concentrated, don't need to use a lot of product. My favourite men's cleanser, I've purchased many times. Smells great.

Bought 2 for me and I have used this item for 10 years Always satisfied and love it the result after washing my face. Very smooth and no oily for all day long.

Gentle, creamy cleanser. Doesn't dry out skin. I use at night before applying the Aquapower advanced moisturizing gel. A good combo for non winter months.
